1. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within Singapore. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Courier & Delivery Time

We partner with SPX Express for all our local deliveries to ensure fast and reliable service.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, you can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 2 days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be slightly extended during major sales events, public holidays, or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to SPX Express, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the SPX Express tracking portal or via your Shopee app if linked. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in their system.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not at home to receive your package, SPX Express will typically attempt delivery again on the next working day or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
