Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at T2P Merchandise
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Customized or personalized products.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at the2ndplatform@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (attaching photos if the item is damaged or defective).
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund was approved or rejected.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Rejected: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may grant only a partial refund or reject the return entirely.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at hello@t2pmerchandise.com
7. Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: T2P Merchandise will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
